Have you ever had a farm fresh egg? If you like eggs, farm fresh eggs raise the deliciousness to a whole new level. Like off the chart delicious. So much so that I’m considering building a chicken coop just so I can have them every day. As it is, though, I get them from a guy in Eric’s office who brings us a dozen every couple of weeks.
I just love how they feel. Since the shells aren’t treated with anything, they’re still smooth and hard. So hard that you have to be careful when cracking them so you don’t break the glass. Especially with the smaller eggs.
That’s the color egg yolk that comes from chickens that eat bugs and plants and worms and such. In other words, happy chickens! And happy chickens make for a happy Karen!
